Using the service
rand.by offers random data generators and an API for testing, learning and entertainment. You may use results for lawful personal and commercial purposes, subject to third-party rights and any applicable data or image licences.
Limits of generated results
Generated names, addresses and email strings are synthetic and may coincidentally match real people or active addresses. Do not contact people or send unsolicited mail using them. Results, including passwords, money, tarot and zodiac outputs, carry no guarantee of suitability, security or factual accuracy. Do not rely on them for financial, medical, legal or safety-critical decisions.
Fair use and availability
Do not attack the service, bypass restrictions, infringe rights or overload the website or API. Access may be limited to protect the service. Features may change or become unavailable; no particular uptime or continued free access is promised. Any future paid offer will have its price and applicable terms stated before purchase. Donations are voluntary and do not purchase additional service rights.
Responsibility and contact
Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected. Liability is not excluded for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or where the law requires it. For minor negligence, liability for essential contractual duties is limited to foreseeable, typical loss to the extent permitted by law. Third-party services and licences have their own terms.
